As a young organisation, we’ve made a significant impact in the lives of thousands of people globally through our online educational programs, digital content and live lectures and courses teaching emotional, mental and spiritual wellbeing through ancient wisdom and practices including meditation and mindfulness.

We have a vision to create and support over 300 wellness learning-groups in over 20 countries around the world, to allow more people to develop their personal wellbeing and apply timeless spiritual wisdom to help with life’s daily challenges. We’re looking for a Global Learning Groups Co-ordinator to take full ownership of creating an international network of meet-up groups where like-minded people can run our wellbeing courses. We are searching for candidates who have a can-do attitude and a notebook full of creative and innovative propositions. We’re looking for someone who brings energy and enthusiasm to the role.

What you’ll do
As a Global Learning Groups Co-ordinator you will lead on co-ordinating and supporting our volunteers globally to run courses in local or online meetup groups. This will include:
The skills you’ll need
The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in International New Business Development, Volunteer Management, Events Co-ordination or similar discipline. With proven experience of identifying and securing new business opportunities in a commercial or charity setting, you will have met and exceeded financial income targets and will be able to deliver effective pitches, proposals and reports. You will also have strong planning and organisational skills and the ability to work effectively with people at different levels of seniority and from different backgrounds in the public, private and voluntary sectors, with evidence of your ability to influence and secure sustainable results.
