Satpal Singh has released a new poetic English translation of Japji Sahib, created to help English-speaking audiences better understand and connect with Guru Nanak’s teachings.

Unlike a traditional word-for-word translation, this version uses modern English and poetic language while staying close to the meaning and spirit of the original Gurbani. It also includes the questions that Guru Nanak is responding to, helping listeners follow the conversation and reflect more deeply on its message.
