For decades, I was searching for spirituality that made sense of life. I kept finding fragments of truth in different places, but nothing felt complete or liveable.
I'd known about Sikh teachings for years, but they stayed theoretical for me and I felt too outside the culture to see how they could fit into my actual life.
Nanak Naam changed that by making Gurbani feel practical, embodied and directly usable. Through the language, the practices and the support of sangat, something shifted from "understanding ideas" to actually living them.
What stands out most to me is how Satpal Singh Ji always brings everything back to Gurbani itself. This way of teaching feels direct, honest, and grounded in something real.
The biggest change hasn't been that life has become easier; it's that my relationship with life has shifted. I'm finding more peace and gratitude in the present moment, more acceptance of what I can't control, healthier boundaries and a deeper trust in Guru Ji's wisdom.
