For much of my life, religion felt like it was tied to fear, a set of rules and expectations I had to follow, rather than something that could set me free. But everything changed when I discovered Satpal and Nanak Naam. His teachings helped me move past the idea of fearing God and instead embrace Sikh wisdom as something deeply liberating and transformative. What once felt rigid and external became a source of inner clarity and peace.
I’ve always been drawn to non-duality and had explored many teachings over the years, but it was through Nanak Naam that I realised this wisdom had been with me all along, I just hadn’t recognised it. Satpal has a way of translating Sikh philosophy into something universal and accessible, and that helped me bridge the gap between simply understanding these ideas and actually living them.
