He went on to found a successful cardiopulmonary diagnostics company, bringing essential testing services to underserved rural and remote communities.

Over the past decade, Rav has led growth and transformation across the healthcare sector, working with medical organizations ranging from early-stage startups to private equity firms and Fortune 500 companies. His ability to scale operations while staying grounded in human connection has shaped his approach to spiritual community building.
